Judge me all you want, but yes, that is exactly, or at least, how long it took to retrace them, add light and shadows, and color them in using a tablet. The hero's color scheme is a bit funky-looking to me (mainly his shirt, scarf, and hair color), it didn't come out as I imagined them. The villain (to the right) took just as much time to finish as the other two characters combined. One note I would like to mention is that there was a LOT of undoing and erasing involved.

Week 9
Template for my future photoshop digital work.
Silhouettes

Primitive Shapes Shading
I used the shape tool in photoshop to help create the outlines for the shapes you see here. Then, I used the soft brush tool, black and white color, to color in all the shapes, the cubes are shades of grays and white.

This is some sketches based off of the story of Jack & the Beanstalk, it was one of the first fairytale stories that popped into my head. The first one was Little Red Riding Hood, but I felt that it was done to death, so I chose something that you didn't exactly hear everyday.
